Sunday

Had a WONDERFUL time visiting the same church as last week. Just so cool to hear last week they asked for donations for a fridge. This week the report thry bought the fridge for an orphanage serving 11 children. They were all there to say thank you! Actually rought tears to y eyes although we had donated to their other mission. They chose two projects to do. One serves the orphanage whilstthe other serves for 60 families that live in the dump. These families try tomakemoney by recycling the plastic they find in the dump. We did hoever see theirmission work come to fruition. It was just amazing to see the house parenys with all the children give a speech. The speech was translated yet the children who recieve english lessons smiled and said in unison Thank you! What an outreach and yet a testimony too as one of the children was to be baptized. It seemed to be a private occasion that would take place after church.

Anyway, dad forgot to leave a tip for yhe maid this morning. We returned to find the creation from yesterday on a hanger. Not sure if this was a warning like, no tip tomorrow then thats you, or just a clever way of re using the same creation. Regardless, we got the hint! Happy Sunday to everyone.
Cant help but have a longing for soup after church but I dont think thats going to happen! Enjoy your day guys!

Crocodiles

Our last stop before heading back to the resort was a viewing area to see the crocodiles, turtles and iguanas. I got the opportunity to say the kids joke when one lady asked "how do you know whether they are an alligator or a crocodile?" I replied well just listen to their goodbye. If it is see you later, it is an alligator however if it says in a while you most certainly know it is a crocodile! I told her my intelligent grand kids came up with that. Dont know if it really worked but the one of the tree does have an iguana in it.

Snorkelling

Those snorkels work so awesome! Only problem is they are very unflattering. Look like some kind of a martian. But so cool. You just breath normally. No mouth piece to worry about. It was spectacular! Dad was the brave one to pose for the picture. So first where he looks not so cool the other well of course supercool Opa!

Guess who?

So the whole time we have been here we have been playing the game "doesn't that person look like so and so". Today was the best ever! Saw thhis made and made a plan. I was nominated to go start a conversation with this one gentleman.( go figure!). Then Dad would come along and take my picture. Well we executed it perfectly so now it is your turn to guess who. I could barely stop laughing ad Dad was taking my pi ture! If this poor guy only knew what we were up to!

Big day

Well we had an awesome time visiting Ixtapa Island today. There will be quite a few posts today. Lots of news but after typing one paragraph, I can not see what Im typing anymore. So here goes.
Enjoyed Ixtapa Island today. Short bus ride followed by a boat ride and we were there. The fish were coming right up to the shore. Just amazing! We snorkelled, had lunch, hung out snd then ventured back. The snorkelling was like being in the Finding Nemo movie! One actually bit dad. Must have been Bruce!
