Did a fantastic tour today. Because we had dads iPad I couldn't write too much but here you go. Saw some fantastic ocean life today. Dolphins, manta rays, sting rays, flying fish, turtles, one on top of the other, just like on the discovery channel..... words cannot relate what a great time it was. Dad let his younger self get the better of him once again, but this time without injury. On one of the pictures, I sort of caught him in the down ward dive. It was from the top of the boat to the ocean. It was so fun to watch. But now he's done like dinner. Just tired. Funny, he can still do those things. I wouldn't dare even if I were 30 years younger but he never fails to impress. We are back at the hotel now. It was so nice. All the dancing happened upstairs, so we stayed down. There was this little eight year old girl. We had a BLAST dancing together. She loved it as did I. Did the YMCA, she just kept on giggling. Had a permanent smile from beginning to end.
There was only one lady who got a little out of hand. It they corralled her as much as possible.
Dad went snorkelling too. He had a lot of fun. He forgot his own gear, but even with rentals he said it was pretty cool.
So the day is close to over. Thinking dad will probably sleep until sunset. A wonderful feeling when the body is tired from too much fun! He going golfing tomorrow so he better rest up.
I've finished two books, on to the one I've been working on for close to a year. Hope all is well with you guys. Special hello to Maya, Eli, Isaac,Eva, Genevieve and Max. Really missing you guys, and your moms and dads too!
And Chels, those Maui jims you bought me many years ago were just a God send today! I would have never seen half the stuff with regular sunglasses, but these were polarized. Can't believe the difference!
The first pic you see a white spot in the distance. This is thousands of fish swimming in a circle.
That sounds amazing! Did you get any pics of the flying fish???
