Bingo

Chance to either wins freebottle of wine OR drink one free at the all inclusive .  Guess I'll take my chances.  So far looks like in the only one in!  So I lost.  Well I just didn't win.  The poor guy called in five different languages.  I'm exhausted just from listening to it.  Next up is a fashion show.  Busy busy busy!  Might not even have time to crack the book before dad gets back from golfing!   Sitting in the confines of the pool and hotel room, the wind isn't too bad.  I'm sure by our room and by the ocean it must just be rocking by now.  I did make an earlier post about a good joke but I think I'll wait toots it until back in Canada.  The Cubans might not think it's so funny.   Slathered myself in sunscreen this morning.  When dead went golfing it was looking hopeful, but those hopes are quickly diminishing.  In fact they are just gone.  Guess that that sunscreen will just go down the drain.  Literally.  On to the fashion show.  I've only got twenty pesos, so chances are I won't be buying anything.  I guess we'll see.

So it's ten minutes later and here's an update.  Three models all in various states of complete undress.  One wearing "pegs" two sizes too big.  One wearing pegs that were so big she had to wear straps on them to keep them on!  One just CRANKY!!!!  Same stuff different pile as the story goes.  Funny thing though someone came up to me and asked where they could by my bathing suit cover.  I had to explain of course that I wasn't a model, I was just WATCHING the fashion show.  It just never stops.  Don't make me sing, don't make me model, no my clothes are NOT for sale etc. etc. etc.

Chelsey will get this.  Too bad your dad isn't here right now and there was a box, and they'd want it wrapped.  I laughed so hard last night when you knew what I was talking about when Isaac was "in the box".  Your dad said we both have the same demented sense of humour.  I told him he just doesn't "think INSIDE the box like we do!"  NOW THATS FUNNY!!!!!

So yeah, not much else to do today but blog.  There are tears running down my cheeks just from laughing at my own inside jokes.  Silly silly silly.  But I know one person will get them plus me that's two, so I'll laugh again when I read this.

I wrote a long blog yesterday about things I learned in Cuba.  Dad didn't think they were very funny because they were at his expense so I deleted them.  I thought they were HILARIOUS!!!! But he didn't appreciate them at all so being the "good wife" I am learning to be, I deleted them.  Took me a long time, but I am learning.  I sure wouldn't appreciate it if the tables were turned, so be it.  Maybe one day he will share in my sense of humour.  Probably not, but he has other very good qualities, so I'll keep what I've got.
