First Day

We have safely arrived in varardero.  We arrived at the hotel at about 5:00 am.  BRUTAL!  It was a tough morning between trying to sleep and trying to wake up.  Dad slept well on the plane but me not a wink.  Our room is very very old and as of yet there is no hot water.  We've asked for a room change and will find out tomorrow morning, seem to recall that story before too.
